To help prepare for the 2012-2013 winter season, the U.S. Office of Personnel
Management (OPM) is updating the Washington, DC, Area Dismissal and Closure
Procedures. This year we are incorporating an announcement for a common delayed
departure time for commuting and a delayed opening time of Federal offices based on
one of our 2011-2012 winter experiences.
