As Supreme Court Mulls Health Care Act, Florida Emergency Room Tends To All In Need

LCG, a fast-growing, leading provider of innovative grants management and technology solutions to federal agencies in the areas of health and science, has announced it has been awarded an estimated $17.5 million IT contract, including all options, with the Health Resources and Services Administration under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to support and maintain uptime operations for the HRSA help desk.

Under the new contract, which has a base period of six months with four consecutive optional years, LCG will support the HRSA help desk. The help desk is an essential tool that allows HRSA to provide people, organizations and state governments with information and services they need in order to protect and improve the nation’s health. Through collaboration with HRSA’s Office of Information Technology, LCG will maximize use of existing tools to increase efficiency and productivity levels and will serve as a true strategic partner, providing HRSA technological guidance and vision.

LCG has a proven track record of providing core and routine help desk customer support, performance monitoring and optimization of technological tools in agencies with related missions, and has specifically operated help desks within the HHS in the past.
